The registration consists of two parts: your general information and your personal profile. For new teachers, we will ask you to offer the first three lessons at a per lesson rate of $5 or under. Please think this as your trial period to obtain rating of your performance. After this trial period, you may set your own price based on the pricing update of other teachers which MANABI will offer to you.

You will be able to create and update your own lesson plans. You may set different prices for the lesson plans you have created. MANABI will offer you some basic courses which you can upload to your profile. |

You will be asked to register your availability (time slots) in your own time zone either on a day-by-day basis or a fixed weekly schedule. This will be automatically converted into Japanese time when students actually look at your time slots. |

As students books your time slots, an automated e-mail will be sent to you. You will be asked to log into your account to accept/decline the lesson request. |

As soon as you accept the student request, an access code to access our telephony system will be sent to you via e-mail. You will dial a toll free number followed by the access code to enter our telephony system and then dial the student number written in your lesson status.

After each lesson, you will be asked to provide feedback to students using the feedback page in your account. You will also receive feedback from students to constantly improve your teaching skills. |

MANABI will send you a check for the lesson fees on a monthly basis. We will issue a check at the end of each month for the lessons conducted for the previous month. This means that we will send you a check at the end of September for the lessons conducted in August.
You will be able to view your "Monthly Earnings" in your account. |
